A Los Angeles native, Janis has been involved with and working in real estate and related fields since 1986. She brings extensive experience to First Capital's team.

Janis has worked in numerous areas of the real estate industry including management, administration, real estate taxation, finance and operations.

Janis possesses a unique combination of strong financial knowledge and ability combined with a wonderful positive attitude and outgoing personality. She is thorough and meticulous and doesn't quit until the job is done.
