Scott Knows Santa Barbara incredibly well; as it is the city he grew up in.  He earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration at the University of San Diego, where he played four years of intercollegiate football.  He maintains a healthy balance in his life by supporting, volunteering and participating in many Santa Barbara athletic and civic events.
