Steve Kenilvort began his real estate career in 1988 and holds a degree in Finance from Santa Clara University as well as an MBA from San Jose State.

With his vast experience and education, Steve focuses on building life long relationships by acting as a consultant for realtors and borrowers.

Steve specializes in Jumbo Loans up to $5,000,000 throughout the state of California. He has extensive experience in all types of purchases and refinances including 100% financing, Limited Documentation loans, Investment Properties, and resolving credit issues.

After receiving a full basketball scholarship to Santa Clara University, Steve was drafted by the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association. After sustaining a career ending knee injury, Steve began his career in Real Estate.
