Liz has been active in the Real Estate field since 1978, first as a Real Estate Agent and since 1989 as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Her experience of both sides (realtor and loan officer) has provided her with the knowledge to package a loan best tailored to benefit the buyer and close on time.

The unique service she provides to Realtors of prequalifying clients has been very successful.

In addition, she has developed materials for a training seminar she leads for new real estate licenses on the basics of financing. Her knowledge and skills in the area of mortgage banking sets her apart and ahead in her field.
