Allen McLain, Coldwell Banker - Playa Vista/Westchester

Allen McLain began originating home loans in 1993 with a Beverly Hills firm and quickly became a Senior Loan Consultant specializing in numerous loan programs including: First time homebuyer programs, stated income loans, FHA and Jumbo Financing.

He currently works and resides on the Westside and is married with two children. His clientele base is mainly due to referral business from Realtors, Business Managers and past homebuyers that value his hard work and honest business ethics.

Currently Allen is the on-site loan consultant for Coldwell Banker, Westchester- Playa Vista, which is the highest producing office on the Westside. What makes him different is how he dedicates his undivided energies to finding out what you need, focusing on those dreams and goals and matching those needs with our strengths to serve you.

He is more interested in a life long relationship with you, more than just his next deal.
