A seasoned veteran, Tim Sibley joined First Capital with 15 years of lending experience. Originally from upstate New York, Tim now lives in Newport Beach, California where he has dedicated all 15 of these years to working with his local real estate community as well as his extensive clientele helping to secure all their financial needs.

Tim's credentials include a BS in Accounting, a Real Estate Broker's license, a Series 7 Stock Broker's license and 3 years as owner of his own mortgage company. It is this extensive financial background that has enabled Tim to become successful in his field and to build and maintain a reputation as a knowledgeable and respected mortgage consultant.
