Michael graduated from the University of California, Irvine in 2005 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Although he had a degree in science, he felt compelled to join the real estate industry. Thus, his career began in residential home loans in 2006 at First Capital as a member of a team that is consistently part of the Presidents Elite Club. Over the years, Michael has been an integral member of First Capital's loan officer team. He has expanded his knowledge of all the different loan programs and methods of qualifying new buyers in the continual changing market. Michael has worked closely with business managers, CPAs, Realtors and other business professionals and has gained first-hand knowledge and experience in every aspect of the mortgage process. He is experienced in working many types of loans – Conventional, FHA, VA, Homepath and CalSTRS loans. Honesty and integrity are very important components to how Michael does business with individuals in the real estate industry.
