Rochelle has been in the mortgage industry with First Capital since 2003. Her reputation in the industry is built on knowledge, integrity, patience, and a focus on high level customer service. She works well with all clients from experienced savvy investors to first time homebuyers. Rochelle prides herself in building lasting relationships built on trust, respect, service and hard work. She understands purchasing a home is one of her clients’ most important lifetime investments and gives personalized attention to each transaction to ensure a smooth lending experience. Rochelle works closely with her clients and their Realtors, business managers, attorneys, and other business professionals. She is part of a great team that includes her partner, Steve Eckhoff, and Carolyn Simon-Hooks, their transaction manager, and a top-notch staff at First Capital. Currently she is the in-house lender for the Coldwell Banker offices in Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes and Brentwood. She specializes in loans up to $5,000,000 for residential purchases and refinances. Rochelle has an Economics degree and a minor in Business Management from the University of California Irvine. She is a Southern California native and currently lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband and two small children. |
