Rick began his career as a real estate agent in 1992 with Fred Sands Real Estate and has been licensed in California since 1993. Rick then worked for 8 years for a real estate development company and he specialized in obtaining financing for mid to large scale residential and commercial projects including new homes, office buildings and shopping centers. In 2000, Rick joined First Capital Mortgage and has consistently been one of the company’s top producing loan officer associates. Rick currently services along with his partner Jud Whyte, the Sotheby’s International Realty – Los Feliz office. Rick’s first hand knowledge and experience in every aspect of the mortgage process is very beneficial in the ever changing financing market. Rick has established a solid reputation of personalized customer service and the many repeat clients and referrals from past clients demonstrate the level of service that each client receives regardless of loan size. Known for having a solid knowledge of loan programs and current lending guidelines helps him be a valuable strategist while still having creative financing ideas to make even the most difficult loan scenario work.
