A California Native, Rich Romo comes to First Capital Mortgage with over 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Rich has been on both sides of the fence. He has listed and sold residential properties in the Channel Islands Area for over 16 years and for the past 4 years has shifted his focus to mortgage lending. He brings a very unique perspective to the business, knowing all too well how important the loan is to a successful transaction and the pitfalls to avoid.

His position as in-house lending affiliate for the 5 Channel Islands area Coldwell Banker Offices is a job he takes very seriously. The 60 plus agents in these offices are his top priority. He has assembled a team of top-notch professionals that work together with him to see to it that every detail in the loan process is attended to. His goal is to make their deals smooth and trouble free, removing the added stress that comes with "hoping the loan goes through".
