Sam’s mortgage experience extends back to1979 where he worked for his family’s mortgage company while attending the University of Kentucky. In 1984 he relocated to Los Angeles and soon became a partner in one of LA’s première catering companies. His twenty years experience as the CFO of this high profile event company has given him invaluable experience not only in finance, but in customer service. This established an ideal preface that allows him to guide clients through their most important financial transactions. Joining forces 6 years ago with long time associate Tim Sibley in First Capital’s Corona Del Mar and Irvine offices, Sam has come full circle. The team offers 30 years of combined lending experience and consistently ranks among the top in production achieving Presidents Club honors each year. Sam’s entrepreneurial business savvy, unerring attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of the changing market compiled with a natural desire to truly cater to his clients has proven to be a highly successful formula. |
