Shawn Rose is a Loan Agent for First Capital Mortgage, the preferred lender and liaison with Coldwell Banker. Having served in the United States military for over five years, she knows the meaning of being a team player, and brings with her a reputation for dedication and excellent service to both clients and realtors alike.

Shawna started her career in the mortgage broker industry in 2002 as a loan officer in Texas, with the additional duties of assisting with the processing of her loans, giving her the unique insight of the entire loan process. Gradually moving her way up, Shawna has had the additional achievements of becoming an inside Sales Manager and then was promoted to General Manager of a leading Houston based brokerage firm, all within the first two years as a Loan Officer. In addition, Shawna has worked as a loan consultant with Countrywide Home Loans, giving her experience with both the mortgage broker and banker industries.

Shawna has a track record for excellent customer service, and believes in building relationships that create customers for life.
